goodbye to a great year; 2012 will be no less. good luck with life, everyone!
what have i been doing at 4AM for the past week? college apps!
you see, i can’t seem to find inspiration or motivation at any other time of day. i sit at my desk, in bed, on the floor for hours at a time and accomplish literally nothing. i make starbucks runs for that caffeine rush, but my efforts are hopelessly futile. but then when it’s 3AM and my eyelids start drooping, after i’ve bid everyone goodnight, that’s when the furious typing/scribbling commences. suddenly i have all these ideas, but i have to battle my hazy vision and throbbing head. it’s like an involuntary, out-of-body experience almost. yikes
He was a senior with the perfect grades and the best internship at Intel. Think about it, perfect grades at Harker!?! Imagine all the possibilities this kid had in front of him! But he just threw it all down the drain.
Ok, I understand that this kid may have been depressed and sad and what not,…
tragic ignorance
awesome weekend
having a 2-hour-long (and counting) conversation with a 50ish mandarin-speaking jewish businessman at starbucks. everything from neuroscience to galaxy m87 to real estate to chinese women..
interesting but time to get the hell out.
Haruki Murakami

keep your chins up, seniors! there’s a lot more to look forward to than getting into college.
